Purchasing power..

http://www.epa.gov/grnpower/documents/purchasing_guide_for_web.pdf
This is a guide to purchasing green power.
When I think of purchasing power, I think of buying a certain number of products with an amount of money-currency. Well that is the definition of it pretty much. Our purchasing power is varied on different things. From electronics to clothes to houses. So on and so forth, but what we buy is another story/issue. People don't know the exact difference between cheap and expensive. Buying the expensive name brand is not always of better quality or look. People buying cheap things tend to think that they will not last as long. Here is the big importance about buying cheap things or expensive things.
How long is the product going to last?
It's quality, durability, and elasticity. whatever..
Is it safe?
How effective is the product?
Will it have an impact on my health and if so good or bad?
The ratings that it gets.
References of the product.
Companies who sell their products as such an expensive price but the product sucks tells people that they are getting ripped off. People seem to keep on buying the same product just because it is a common name brand that everyone else has. Complex=problems. Simplistic=easy.
