What do you name weird foods? In the US they're known as "Lunch"

Here is a great article that should clear everyone's minds about the reality of the food that we eat. This isn't normal, healthy, nutritious food as was mentioned in class several times. Rather, this is cheaply processed mass-produced junk that is somehow edible.
Just a few of the names include Spray Can "easy cheese"????, Oreo Cookiee Death filling!, and Avocado-free guacamole. The Guacamole is made of modified corn starch, coconut and soybean oils (soon to be used as biofuels, FYI), partially hydrogened corn syrup and food coloring- as the article says more like green colored oil. Like, seriously, just by looking at the names of these foods you should be able to figure out that something isn't entirely natural.

For the slightly more informed of us who avoid obvious junk, there is still the concern of genetically-modified organisms and hybrid combinations created by the biotechnology industry that can have unforeseen consequences on our health. New sequences of genetic material being shot into plant cells?; viruses used to transport DNA into plants that reject the material? And then this becomes corn and potatoes sold on the common market for the common person. Anyone interested in learning more about the GMOs and how the biotech industry "designs" food should look at the documentary "Food Inc.", or look at the book of the same name.
